The work behind
the introduction.
When relevant learners are available, their approved practice work gives you a starting point for a better conversation. Ask about the decisions, the revisions and what they learned.
Project review is learning feedback, not a background check or a guarantee of job performance.

Read the service termsWhat happens after I submit a role?+
KFIQ reviews your company, role, and relevant candidate availability. If we can support the search, we agree the deliverables, timing, fee, and any tax in a written quote. Creating an account or submitting a brief is free.
Is there a talent database I can browse?+
No. KFIQ is developing its employer service through scoped pilots. We curate candidates for an agreed role only when relevant, consenting learners with approved work are available. We confirm feasibility before quoting.
What does reviewed work tell me?+
It shows the learning projects a candidate has completed and had approved. It is useful context for a conversation, not a background check or a prediction of job performance. Your team makes the hiring decision.
How do payment and introductions work?+
You accept a quote and pay by bank transfer. KFIQ confirms receipt before activating the search. Candidates choose whether to accept your introduction; contact details stay private until they agree. Learners never pay for introductions.
