Your three-part brief.

01 Define the offer without overclaiming

Practice brief: a fictional shop lets customers bring a clean container and buy unscented liquid handwash by weight at ₹90 per 250g. A reusable empty bottle costs ₹40. The shop does not offer delivery. These are exercise inputs, not a real product listing.

Choose one audience based on a practical need, such as buying only the quantity they want. Write an offer statement, three message pillars and five customer questions. Explain your assumptions. Avoid unsupported claims about safety, environmental savings, health benefits or competitors.

Submit a document, images, presentation or spreadsheet with the offer, audience rationale, message pillars and FAQ draft. Review criteria: prices and units are clear, assumptions are separate from evidence, and the copy can be understood without marketing jargon.

02 Make a compact content kit

Create three pieces for the fictional refill shop: a launch post, a three-panel 'how refilling works' carousel, and a short in-store information card. Use one consistent voice and a clear action for each. Include the supplied price and container information where relevant.

Use original or appropriately licensed visuals and record their source. If a product image is illustrative, label it. Do not use real customer quotations, invented endorsements, fake scarcity or a functioning order/payment link. The work stays as an unpublished practice campaign.

Submit a document, images, presentation or spreadsheet showing final copy and visuals plus a brief explanation of the intended audience and action. Review criteria: accurate claims, legible design on a phone, consistent details and a useful next step.

03 Define what a useful result would mean

Build a two-week measurement plan for the campaign. Choose three metrics tied to the customer's journey, define how each would be collected, and explain its limitations. Suggest one message experiment with a hypothesis, comparison, measurement period and decision rule.

No live campaign, paid tool, tracking installation or customer data collection is required. If you illustrate a calculation, label the numbers as hypothetical. Do not report reach, conversions or sales that never occurred.

Submit a document, images, presentation or spreadsheet containing the measurement table, experiment plan and next-step recommendation. Review criteria: metrics have clear definitions, the plan is feasible for a small shop, privacy is considered, and hypothetical targets are not presented as results.

From practice to a portfolio.

Submit documents, images, spreadsheets or presentations, and add links for larger work. Reviewers can approve your work or ask for changes. Keep working on your other tasks while you wait; when all assigned work is approved, your certificate becomes available.

Label the scenario and any supplied data as fictional practice work when you share your portfolio. Explain your own decisions, checks and remaining limitations.
