How can we help?

For help with KFIQ Learn, KFIQ Hire, or the website, email hello@kfiq.com. Tell us what happened and which app you’re using. If something is not working, include your device model and app version. Never send your password or sign-in code.

Signing in

Use the email address attached to your account. Check your spam folder for the latest sign-in code. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, continue with the same Apple Account.

Learning and hiring

Include the project or role title when asking about an application, submission, introduction, or quote. Learner participation is free. Hiring quotes become paid only after the team confirms receipt.

Report a concern

In either app, open an introduction to report inappropriate content or block the other account. Blocking withdraws introductions and stops further profile access between those accounts. You can also email the team about harassment, privacy, or misuse.

Your account and information

In either iOS app, go to Account → Delete KFIQ account. Verify your identity, then confirm. This removes your personal account across both apps. You can also contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests.
