What KFIQ provides

KFIQ offers project-based practice, review, feedback, and completion records. There are no application, participation, or certificate fees. The programme is unpaid and does not create an employment relationship or guarantee a job, stipend, academic credit, or placement. Projects and reviewer availability may change.

Your account

Use an email you control, provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian before joining.

Your work

Submit work you have permission to share. Credit sources and collaborators, and disclose significant assistance, including AI tools, where the project brief requires it. Do not upload confidential third-party information, malicious files, or work that violates another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your original work; KFIQ may store and review it to operate the programme.

Feedback and certificates

Reviewers assess the submitted work against the project brief. Revisions may be requested. Certificates are issued only for completed, approved assignments and can be corrected or revoked if the underlying record is inaccurate or the work is misrepresented.

Respectful participation

Be constructive and respectful. Harassment, impersonation, attempts to access another person’s records, or disruption of the service may lead to access being suspended. Contact the team if you believe an account or review decision needs reconsideration.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but features may change and interruptions can happen. Keep copies of your original project files. These terms may be updated as the programme develops; the latest version will be published here.
